ENROLLMENT PROCESS

We look forward to starting the enrollment process with you. To begin:

1. Phone Interview/email - To being the process, we generally start with a quick phone interview/discussion or email. this is an opportunity to ask any specific questions and gauge whether this is the type of learning environment you are looking for.

2. In-Person Tour - Following our introductory conversation, we will set up a time for you and your child to tour the school. Your are not required to bring our child on the tour if you are still exploring schooling options, but they are welcome if they are involved in the decision-making process. Following the tour, if you would like to move forward, you may submit an application. If we are not able to meet in person, we will ask you to provide a recent progress report or letter of recommendation from a recent teacher.

3. Shadow Day - We will schedule a Shadow Day following submission of an application. This is a great opportunity for your child to meet current students, understand our daily schedule, and meet our teaching team. We will also observe their behavior in the classroom and with their peers. This is a great opportunity for us both to determine if this is an appropriate fit. If enrolling during the summer and a shadow day is not an option, we do ask that you bring your child along for the tour so we can meet them and they can see the space.

4. Enrollment - Once we have had the opportunity to get to know your family, we will communicate classroom availability and collect a tuition contract to complete the enrollment process.

This process may be adjusted according to school and individual family situations as necessary.
